The Reason:
Stopping the Tyrannical and oppressive abuse of Governmental authority
Lost Freedom - The people have lost freedoms through the lawless use of warrantless search and seizure.
Stolen Property through the abuse of civil asset forfeiture and eminent domain
Unjust Taxation through property taxes, licensing taxes, and countless unnecessary taxes, and punitive civil fines
Denial of Due Process through corrupt courts, judges, prosecutors, and other public offices and agencies
Public Betrayal - By the failing of our public servants to abide by their sworn oath, to protect, defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Task:
Restoration of Constitutional government
The removal of all incumbent members of Congress who have failed in their Constitutional duty
Full and assured governmental transparency and accountability
Empowerment of the People through education
Reversing the unauthorized seizure of power
The Solution
- Interpret constitutions and laws only by the standard of Original Intent (not by Precedent).
- In all elections, use only paper ballots collected in clear ballot boxes, and hand counted at each precinct in public view.
- Limit all legislative bills to one subject with no riders, with specifically stated constitutional authorization, and with expiration through mandatory sunset provision.
- Require transparency of all government functions, appropriate national security excepted, in real time via, but not limited to the Internet. (They're watching us every day. Who is watching them?)
- Remove immunity of public officials for violations of law. In the matter of a criminal accusation against a public official, the prosecutor must step aside, for the victim, Citizen or counsel to present to the grand jury (Private prosecution).
- Implement unobstructed private presentment to state and/or federal Grand Juries for governmental and/or private criminal prosecution.
- Collect only lawful taxes.
- No one shall be forced to contract.
The purposes of the above eight tasks are to:
- Return to a government of, by and for the People.
- Ensure an American's home and property is his own
- Ensure an American is entitled to the full fruits of his labor and use of his property.
- Ensure there is Public accountability, as no public official is above the law.
